Mô tả công việc

- Receive orders and drawings from clients（mainly Japanese clients）
- Provide quotes to clients
- Negotiate with partners(metal pattern manufacturing company) in accordance with drawings from clients
- Respond to clients requests and deal with corrections of metal pattern
- Get approval from clients and launch mass-production
(One project approximately takes 3~4 month)
- Management of 6 people in the department

Yêu cầu chung

- Education: Bachelor

- Japanese: Conversational

- English: Conversational

- More than 5 years experience working in Plastic Molding industry
- Experience in team management
- Able to communicate in Japanese and English
- Experience in negotiation with other departments

- Male, Female: 32-40 years old
